    Frequently asked questions

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?+

Yes. Many schools can't use a credit card, and we can invoice your board or process a purchase order β€” just say so when you get in touch.

What if we're not sure how many students yet?+

That's fine β€” register with an estimate. You can add or remove students up until each contest date, and your final cost is based on actual participants.

Do students need individual accounts, and what data do you collect?+

Schools may use proxy identifiers instead of real names if preferred. Contest results and rankings are kept so students and coordinators can look up historical results, and how we handle data is set out in full in our privacy policy. Read the privacy policy

What happens after the free round if we don't continue?+

Nothing further is owed and nothing carries over automatically. The free round carries no commitment β€” you decide afterwards whether to continue with the rest of the season.

Do you work with US schools?+

Yes. US schools are billed in US dollars, at the per-student rate and cap shown above when you switch the currency toggle.

    Can parents register individually instead?+

Yes β€” parents can register their own children without going through a school. See the parent pricing page for details.
